Starting July 7th, iPoker will run a cash leaderboard
promotion, based on raked hands. The leaderboards will be weekly, and are
segmented as per the following stake levels (regardless of game type):

1. $25/$50 and up
2. $5/10 - $10/$20
3. $2/$4 - $3/$6
4. $0.5/$1 - $1/$2
